London, October 6, 2014 – Clarus Financial Technology today announced the appointment of Peter Barsoom to its Advisory Board.

Peter’s prior positions include President of ICE Swap Trade, where he was responsible for the Swap Execution Facility and credit execution business at ICE. Peter also served as Chief Operating Officer of ICE Clear Credit, the wholly-owned credit default swap (CDS) clearing house. Prior to joining ICE, Mr. Barsoom was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Blue Mountain Capital Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund. Mr. Barsoom has held a variety of senior management positions in the financial services industry.
